Ian was a very helpful therapist throughout the year that I had sessions with him. Not only did he provide very practical and easy ways to help me cope with my challenges and issues, but he also helped me discover their root causes. This was important in helping me to understand myself. Ian was also very encouraging in all my sessions and gave me the validation I needed, and helped me see myself in a more positive light than I thought I deserved. I'm very grateful for all his help!
