What happens in the first session?

Your first session is a chance to explore what brings you to therapy, get to know your therapist, and begin shaping your goals for the work. Our priority is helping you feel safe, respected, and understood. 

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. We take confidentiality very seriously. Everything shared in therapy is treated with strict professional confidentiality, except where required by law to protect your safety or that of others.
